By accessing or using SUPERVA ("the Platform"), operated at superva.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users, including employers (Executive Portal), virtual assistants/applicants (Applicant Portal), portfolio holders, and site visitors.
SUPERVA is a virtual assistant remote job portal that connects businesses and employers with skilled virtual assistants (VAs) worldwide. The Platform provides:
Registration: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You may register using email/password or Google Sign-In.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one account per portal. Duplicate accounts may be suspended or deleted.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.

Purpose: Assessments evaluate VA capabilities across categories including communication, execution, problem-solving, tools mastery, AI skills, reliability, and adaptability. Results directly affect your ranking, suggested pricing, and visibility to employers.
Integrity Requirements: All assessments must be completed independently. You must not:
Monitoring: The Platform may track activity during assessments (tab switching, paste events, focus loss, timing patterns) and apply integrity penalties when suspicious behavior is detected.
Consequences: If cheating or manipulation is detected, scores may be reduced or invalidated, your ranking may be lowered, and your account may be flagged or suspended.
Retakes: You may retake assessments. Previous scores are archived for comparison. Retake history is visible to the Platform and may influence confidence scoring.
Your profile is evaluated using multiple weighted factors including:
Rankings are computed algorithmically and may change at any time based on new data. The Platform does not guarantee top ranking placement, visibility to clients, or selection for any job.
Negative behavioral signals (missed interviews, poor performance, policy violations) will reduce your ranking.
The Platform calculates a suggested hourly rate range for each VA based on:
Safeguard caps apply: VAs with no reviews are capped at $5/hr. VAs with fewer than 3 completed jobs are capped at $3/hr. These caps lift as you build verifiable work history.
Suggested rates are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee of earnings, income, or job offers. You are responsible for setting and negotiating your own rates with clients.
VAs using the Platform are independent contractors, not employees of SUPERVA or any client. You are solely responsible for your own taxes, legal compliance, insurance, and work arrangements.
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and SUPERVA.
Subscription Plans: Certain features require an active subscription processed through PayPal. Plan details, pricing, and features are displayed on the subscription page.
Recurring Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You authorize PayPal to charge your payment method on each billing cycle.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through PayPal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before changes take effect.
VAs with active subscriptions may receive a hosted portfolio website. Portfolio content is managed through the CRM panel and displayed publicly under a unique URL.
You retain ownership of your portfolio content. By uploading content, you grant SUPERVA a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content as part of the service.
SUPERVA reserves the right to disable portfolios that contain illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
Independent Relationship: SUPERVA is a marketplace platform only. We are not a party to any employment, contractor, or work relationship between employers and VAs.
No Guarantee: We do not guarantee job placement, hiring outcomes, or work quality. Employers and VAs are responsible for their own agreements and arrangements.
Hire/Termination Records: All hiring and termination actions are logged as immutable records for transparency and accountability.
Banning: Employers may ban specific applicants from applying to their job postings. Banned applicants are notified of their status.
Applicants may submit government-issued IDs and complete skills tests to increase their verification score. Verification is optional but improves visibility and trust.
Submitting fraudulent, stolen, or falsified documents is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
SUPERVA does not guarantee the accuracy of verification scores and employers should conduct their own due diligence.

Users can report other users for violations through the Report function. Reports are reviewed by our team and may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent banning.
SUPERVA reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, with or without prior notice.
The SUPERVA name, logo, design, and software are owned by SUPERVA. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
User-generated content remains the property of the respective users, subject to the license granted in Section 6.
The Platform integrates with Google, PayPal, and Tawk.to. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
SUPERVA is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
SUPERVA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SUPERVA, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
In the event of a dispute between a VA and a client, both parties agree to:
The Platform's escalation process follows: Warning, Temporary Restriction, Suspension, and Permanent Ban.
You may close your account at any time through your profile settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Data retention is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
SUPERVA's use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When you connect your Google account, we access only the information necessary to provide core platform functionality, such as authentication and interview scheduling.
